I’m a Business Administrator and Accounting Technician with over 25 years of experience across public and private sectors, including transport, utilities, education, hospitality, and family business management.


My career has shown me that my true passion lies in working with people—solving problems, communicating clearly, and ensuring every customer feels valued. This led me to strengthen my customer service skills with a strong sense of responsibility and empathy.


A professional reinvention brought me back to hospitality, where I rebuilt my path from the kitchen to the front desk. This journey gave me a complete understanding of restaurant operations and reinforced the importance of communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and exceptional customer experience.


I’m committed to continuous learning and love teaching just as much. Connecting theory with real-world practice is at the heart of my approach.
